General Motors of Canada Company does offer access to certain automobile data for purposes of diagnostics, maintenance or repair in accordance with section 39.4 of the Consumer Protection Act (Québec). As a General Motors franchisee, Boisvert Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. therefore does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts or repair services for its products, nor does it guarantee the availability of information necessary to maintain or repair its products. Accordingly, Boisvert Chevrolet will provide each customer with a notice of non-guarantee regarding replacement parts, repair services and technical information, to be signed prior to the purchase of any vehicle.
